Heaven In A Dish

This is definitely the tastiest thing I have cooked this year, and it was really simple. Eggs, spinach, single cream, nutmeg, parmesan, salt and pepper. Can't wait to make this again. Om nom nomz.

  2. Oooh you should make it! :)

    you just have to wilt the spinach in some butter, but it in the bottom of a dish with some grated nutmeg. Then crack your eggs in, put 50ml of cream on (for 2 people), add on the parmesan and back for 10 minutes on a medium heat or until the eggs look cooked! :)
